The topic:
Sujay Santra is changing the current healthcare paradigm in India from one where doctors merely treat illnesses to one where doctors, local NGOs, local businesses and academia work together to identify endemic health issues in communities and design holistic disease prevention solutions, including sanitation, hygience and nutritional components, that end the disease from its root cause. Sujay is lobbying to change national health policies to make holistic healthcare solutions.

 

About the speaker:
With over 12 years of experience in the IT sector, Sujay started iKure with the vision to provide quality healthcare which is affordable and accessible, upto the last mile. With a strong technology & business skills backed with his never-say-die spirit, Sujay has led iKure to many milestones. He has been awarded with many accolades and honors. In recognition to his outstanding efforts in the field of social innovation, he was awarded the Ashoka Fellowship in 2015.
