Grégoire is a Master’s candidate in the MIT Technology & Policy Program working with Professor Pérez-Arriaga on the economics and finance of energy infrastructures in developing countries. He holds a Master’s degree in Science & Executive Engineering with a minor in Public Affairs from the Ecole des Mines, Paris. Prior to MIT, Grégoire worked as Strategy Officer of a ͞pay-as-you-go solar company in francophone Africa. He also developed advanced skills in negotiation and development policy & strategy at the International Atomic Energy Agency and the French Development Agency. Grégoire’s work involves designing an integrated approach of rural electrification addressing the challenge of universal, affordable and sustainable access to electricity in Sub-Saharan Africa. The ultimate objective is to inform the creation of a leading energy company intended to play a central role in enhancing energy access in developing countries.
